1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Camper Arrival & Setup If you have a camping pass, feel free to roll in anytime during this window. Check in with the coordinator when you arrive so they can show you where to park and set up.
3:30 PM: Guest Arrival + Charcuterie & Champagne Grab a bite, sip something bubbly, and settle in. Feel free to mingle, explore, and get cozy.
4:30-4:40 PM: Guests Take Their Seats
4:44 PM: Ceremony Starts
5:00 PM - 10PM (later if you have a camping pass) Celebration Time! Eat, drink, dance, wander, hang by the fire, take photos, camp; whatever your heart wants. We’re keeping it flexible and fun. Guest Departure (Non-Campers) If you don’t have a camping pass, we kindly ask that you exit the property by 10:00 PM so we can transition into quiet camping hours.
